Talent Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and HR teams, including architects, analysts, and key stakeholders, to translate business requirements into an effective data architecture strategy and operating model
• Support the design and implementation of analytics solutions to extract insights from large structured and unstructured datasets
• Contribute to the development of scalable data architectures ensuring reliability, performance, security, and scalability across the full data lifecycle (from ingestion to consumption)
• Work with modern data platforms, including AWS and Snowflake environments
• Support data governance initiatives by maintaining documentation, policies, and controls (e.g., data tagging, auditing, and security practices) to ensure compliant and secure data management
• Document data workflows, processes, and lifecycle management to enable consistent execution across teams
• Develop and structure use cases for advanced analytics (e.g., modeling, NLP/ML, data visualization) to support analysts and data scientists
• Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Support project management activities, including tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and coordinating cross-functional delivery

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid understanding of data and advanced analytics concepts

Nice to Have

• Exposure to data architecture and data governance frameworks
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
