Job-Inhalt
Mission:
Support the continuous improvement of Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) processes (AML, KYC, Sanctions) by working closely with Compliance, Business, and IT teams. Contribute to aligning Compliance requirements with operational processes and IT tools while enhancing process efficiency and establishing a robust control framework.
Responsibilities
Support the analysis of business needs and contribute to integrating compliance requirements into financial crime prevention processes (AML, KYC, Sanctions). Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions validated by stakeholders (Compliance, Front Office, IT, etc.).
Design and implement streamlined, scalable, and effective processes to enhance operational performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in the documentation and updating of processes related to compliance, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with current practices and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Tools & Projects teams, etc.) for the development, maintenance, and testing of compliance applications (IMTF, smartKYC, Pythagoras, etc.).
Contribute to change management, particularly by supporting training and communication initiatives for users.
Participate in functional testing of implemented solutions, using provided methodologies and tools, and ensuring rigorous follow-up of results.
Support the improvement of control frameworks related to compliance tools, including monitoring incidents, analyzing data quality, and collecting user feedback.
Assist in monitoring compliance tools, ensuring the proper functioning of data flows, updating parameters, and conducting regular review exercises in collaboration with IT and Tools & Projects teams.
Contribute to project management related to AML, KYC, and sanctions by participating in local or group initiatives and engaging in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Participate in technological watch and identify opportunities to improve compliance tools and processes.
Support the follow-up of audit recommendations related to operational compliance processes, ensuring their implementation within the required deadlines.
Your Profil
Education and experience: experience in compliance financial crime, risk management, or operational processes is preferred. At least 5 years of experience and experience in a consulting firm (Big 4 ou equivalent) is an asset
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze processes, identify ineficciencies, gaps and areas for improvement, and propose appropriate solutions.
Communication skills: Proficiency in drafting clear and structured documents, as well as communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Compliance, Business, IT) and adapt to different interlocutors.
Organization and rigor: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities.

Technical knowledge: familiarity with compliance technology solutions, data analytics tools, and automation platforms. Experience or interest in data management, reporting, or process modeling to

Languages: Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
