Mission
Manage a high-volume, high-standard French/English switchboard (additional languages are an asset), administer the VOIP system (AGILE), and handle CFF travel arrangements.
Join a private bank and interact with a wide range of stakeholders: various departments, VIPs, and senior executives.

Main responsibilities
-
CISCO VOIP system management:
Handle external and internal calls with strict confidentiality and exceptional courtesy.
Rigorously enforce security standards, particularly regarding phishing attempts and malicious calls.
Manage call transfers and message taking using the Samwin operator console.
Cover Executive Management calls during assistants’ breaks and absences, as well as for certain management groups.

CFF travel management:
Provide support and advice for domestic CFF travel.
Process requests for international travel.
Manage the renewal of CFF subscriptions.

Ticketing and facilities requests:
Administer the ticketing system for facility management requests (e.g., ventilation).
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, ensure follow-up, and close action items.

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a highly demanding environment is required Technical skills

Languages:
- French and English must be mastered perfectly (minimum C1 level).
- Any additional language is an asset.
