Im Financial Services (Banking) Bereich unseres Assurance Competence Centers arbeiten wir mit nationalen und internationalen Banken an komplexen Fragestellungen rund um Rechnungslegung, Regulierung und Prüfung. Unser Team verbindet fundierte Branchenexpertise mit innovativen, digitalen Prüfungsansätzen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kund:innen und einem starken internationalen Netzwerk leisten wir einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Qualität und Zukunftsfähigkeit der Wirtschaftsprüfung.

Dein Impact

• Leite ein Team im Bereich Financial Services (Banking) des Competence Centre, teile dein Fachwissen und coach die Mitarbeitenden.
• Unterstütze als Sparringpartner:in unsere Kund:innen bei Fragen zur Rechnungslegung und zu regulatorischen Entwicklungen.
• Treibe die digitale Revolution der Wirtschaftsprüfung voran, indem du den Einsatz unserer digitalen Prüftools und -ansätze förderst und bei ihrer Weiterentwicklung mitwirkst.
• Gestalte deine langfristigen Karriereziele selbst und entwickle dich fachlich sowie persönlich durch On-the-Job- und Off-the-Job-Training, begleitet von erfahrenen Führungskräften.

Dein Skill Set

• Anerkannter Schweizer Wirtschaftsprüfer oder kurz vor Abschluss der Ausbildung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prüfung von Jahres- und Konzernrechnungen von Finanzunternehmen (insb. Jahresrechnungen von Banken nach RelV-FINMA)
• Sicherer Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bankenumfeld
• Erfahrung mit digitalen Prüftools und Big-Data-Anwendungen wie Alteryx oder Power BI
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (zusätzliche Französisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil) – mündlich wie schriftlich
• Ausgeprägte Projekt-Management Fähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, Wissen zu teilen, Teamkolleg:innen zu fördern und eine kollaborative Arbeitskultur aktiv mitzuprägen
