Projektleiter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of local CapEx projects, including feasibility, design, execution, qualification, and validation
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and contract/contractor oversight
• Ensure alignment with global ENG/PD guidelines and stakeholder expectations
• Oversee engineering activities related to chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical process and infrastructure
• Guarantee compliance with cGxP, internal quality, and safety standards
• Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvement

Profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering or equivalent
• Experienced in successful project management with mid-sized, complex CapEx projects
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industry is required
• Strong leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary project teams
• Proven knowledge of process and infrastructure engineering
• Strong project management, controlling, and contract management experience
• Solid knowledge of cGxP, qualification, and validation procedures
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
