In this role, you will support the global product management team for Service in our High-Speed Segment. You will help manage a portfolio of service offerings and contribute to delivering value to customers across the lifecycle of their turbocharger products.
You will report to the Head of Service Agreements and work closely with the Global Product Management Team.
Your responsibilities
- Managing and improving the service offering portfolio for end-users and OEMs, focusing on High-Speed applications (including Turbo UptimeCare)
- Further develop the service offering portfolio according to the Service strategy, the roadmap defined in the Product Market Strategy and ensure alignment with the High-Speed Division.
- Support Business Projects related to the development of the service offering portfolio; provide and evaluate business cases based on customer values and market potential.
- Interact and align closely with our global service sales organization in 50 countries; support local sales; design and conduct product training.
- Capture the voice of the customer by participating in customer meetings or attending relevant trade fairs.
- Support R&D projects to connect voice of the customer with internal functions; interact strongly with Product Managers of other Product Divisions to ensure a streamlined approach to customer specific lifecycle solutions
- Support market research and business development initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement of service‑related tools and processes.
Your background
- Master’s degree in engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or product management
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in international, cross-functional teams
- Business and financial acumen, including business case evaluation
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
