Layout Designer Print & Digital (80-100%)

SCOTT Sports SA is a global leader in sporting goods, specializing in the development, production, and marketing of bikes, ski, and running products. To strengthen our Graphic team in Givisiez (Switzerland), we are looking for a talented Layout Designer Print & Digital. 

Key responsabilities 

• Design and create workbooks and lookbooks with clear, brand-aligned layouts.
• Develop layouts and graphics for a wide range of print and digital materials, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
• Create banners for retail spaces and events, meeting all design, messaging, and visual requirements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork, including file setup, color management, and prepress optimization.
• Enhance and retouch images, including color correction and detailed refinements, to ensure high-quality product representation.
• Develop and execute creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Your profile:

• Degree or hands-on experience as a Polygraph or Graphic Designer, with a strong focus on creation
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as key Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of digital file conversion is required
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• A keen eye for typography and detail, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and work independently in a precise and reliable manner
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Experience with data merging is a plus
• Fluent in English. German or French is an advantage
