Your Tasks

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR specialists, fostering a high?performance culture
• Act as a strategic HR advisor to leaders in Switzerland and ensure alignment and collaboration with local HR teams in the USA, Spain, and Australia
• Ensure consistent execution of core HR processes as performance & talent management, succession planning, and employee relations
• Drive the implementation of the Pilatus Group HR strategy and support organizational development and transformation
• Oversee Global Mobility activities, including assignments, immigration, and vendor coordination
• Use HR data and insights to support decision?making and continuously improve HR processes

With this you convince us

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including senior HRBP responsibility and proven leadership of mid?sized HR teams
• Strong expertise in Swiss labor law, global HR standards, and core HR processes (performance, talent, compensation, employee relations)
• Experienced in international HR environments with strong ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
• High data literacy and confident use of HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors); global mobility experience beneficial
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, combined with a solution?oriented, structured, and collaborative leadership style
