RFP-Specialist

Your Role

As RFP-Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a highly motivated, responsible individual who is seeking to contribute to the Bank's success and provide a high-quality, prompt service to our front units and business partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Answer Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires
• Liaise with various departments within the Bank and Asset Management
• Maintain product specific Standard RFPs that describe the main characteristics of the investment strategy, the investment process and the investment team
• Manage the RFP database with company and product specific information and regularly have specialist departments review and update text modules
• Maintain and improve data on our products on consultant databases
• Answer inquiries from client relationship managers regarding our investment products

Your Profile

• Higher education (university / FH) in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
• 3 years of practical experience in the field of answering RFPs in Asset Management
• Industry specific knowledge is required
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Hands-on mentality and strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in German and English; Fluency in French or another language is a plus
