Holiday dog care for gentle senior Cosmo

I am looking for kind holiday care at a petsitter’s home for my dog Cosmo from July 8 to 24. Cosmo is a 16 years old shepadoodle dog, in great shape and loves to go for walks. He appreciates a calm environment and being around other dogs. The stay would take place in the Lausanne area. This is a one-time booking for our holiday this summer and potentially future stays for other holidays. I am looking for someone who has experience with senior dogs and can offer a relaxed daily routine and hugs.
