Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in a global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment?
As an Intern in our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Sales & Service team, you will support global SAP projects in a standardized ERP environment used across 40 countries. You will work closely with our experienced Application Owners, Global Process Owners, and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise SAP processes and international project collaboration.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to understand end-to-end Sales and Service processes within a global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud template and contribute to ongoing initiatives and improvements.
Your responsibilities:
- Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects in the Sales and Service domain across multiple countries.
- Assist Application Owners with user requests, incidents, and change requests in daily operations.
- Analyze and document business requirements from different countries and support their alignment with the global template.
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparation and documentation of test results.
- Maintain and improve process documentation, checklists, and project-related materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners.
Your background:
- Ongoing or recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field)
- Strong interest in ERP systems, and business processes in Sales and Service.
- Previous exposure to SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or similar) is an advantage.
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
- Solution-oriented, autonomous, and proactive working style.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and improve.
- Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment.
- Good communication skills, Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
