Looking for a reliable cleaning help with ironing

Im looking for some help with cleaning and ironing, starting as soon as possible. The work is in Amriswil. It includes cleaning surfaces and floors, kitchen cleaning, bathroom and WC cleaning, changing bedding, and some ironing. The support is needed on an occasional basis.
