We are seeking you as an HR Administrative Operations Specialist for our office in Geneva, to start as soon as possible:


Your Responsibilities

Day-to-day HR Operations & Administration

  • Independently and promptly managing the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
  • Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations, works council consultations, warnings, references, etc.
  • Maintaining and managing personnel master data as well as document management in the HR system
  • Preparing and reviewing payroll-related data for payroll processing
  • Supporting time management issues (vacation, sick leave, absences, work schedule models)

Supporting HR Business Partners

  • Close collaboration with HR Business Partners on individual personnel measures (transfers, job classifications, promotions, restructuring)
  • Preparing documents and analyses for HR meetings and personnel cost planning
  • Prospective support in the implementation of HR projects, change initiatives, and organizational developments
  • Preparing statistics and reports
  • Contributing to the standardization and optimization of HR processes and guidelines
  • Consulting & Service

Your Profile

  • Completed business training, ideally with additional qualifications in human resources (e.g., HR specialist)
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR work / HR administration / as an HR specialist, ideally in a comparable role
  • In-depth knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) as well as MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Highly service-oriented, discreet, and responsible
  • Structured, independent, proactive, and very meticulous work style
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a passion for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent English skills; Knowledge of German is a plus
