Job-Inhalt

The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES HSG) is the contact point for executive education at HSG. It offers a comprehensive portfolio of programmes – ranging from open programmes for professionals and executives to company-specific offerings, as well as degree programmes such as MBA and Executive MBA.

Your tasks
  • Lead and further develop the Open Programmes Business Unit at ES-HSG
  • Lead and transform a team of 15+ professionals and orchestrate a network of faculty members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Drive the implementation and refinement of a strategic roadmap for innovation, growth and transformation
  • Strengthen marketing excellence and strategic portfolio development by using new technologies like agentic AI
  • Enhance customer-centric innovation and programme positioning
  • Increase the visibility and competitive positioning of the portfolio in the
  • European executive education market
  • Ensure financial management, including budget planning, performance monitoring and cost control
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the Executive School, the University and with external providers
  • Serving as a member of the Directors Team and actively supporting the strategic development oft the School
Your profile
  • Doctoral degree or equivalent academic qualification strongly preferred
  • Leadership experience, preferably experience in the higher education industry
  • Strategic and conceptual skills
  • Experience and proven track record in transforming organizations
  • Extensive expertise in marketing and portfolio management, especially with the usage of new technologies, like agentic AI
  • Experience in developing, innovating, and positioning new products or academic programs
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application, including the ability to leverage AI tools and develop AI-based solutions (e.g. agents)
  • High-quality awareness, strong solution orientation, and intercultural competence
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (C2 level required for both)
