Job Description

As the Head of Reporting for Sales and Delivery, you are accountable for the integrity, consistency and transparency of performance reporting across Sales and Project portfolios. You own the reporting frameworks, data governance standards and analytics architecture that enable reliable, decision-ready insights.

You will lead a team of professionals and drive the evolution of our reporting landscape, ensuring that data, tools and processes are structured to maximize analytical value. This is a strategic leadership role focused on translating complex data into actionable insights and enabling confident, data-driven decision-making at senior leadership level.

Your key tasks

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end reporting landscape across Sales and Delivery, driving standardization of reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, data governance and tool architecture
  • Deliver executive-level performance visibility by preparing and consolidating reporting for senior stakeholders (e.g. GEB, NEC), ensuring clarity, consistency and comparability of insights
  • Lead performance review cadences, including Quarterly Review Sessions, providing structured analysis of performance against KPIs, trends and risks
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating data into actionable insights to support operational performance and decision-making
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Drive the design and optimization of reporting tools and data models to enable scalable analytics and improved data accessibility
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, aligning reporting structures with business needs and ensuring adoption of governance standards through training and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior reporting, analytics, or performance management role, ideally within Sales, Delivery, or a comparable commercial environment
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (e.g. executive committees or board-level audiences), translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of CRM and project management systems and how to structure data for scalable analytics
