Schurter is a global leader in power entry modules, EMC filters, fuses, switches, circuit protection, and HMI solutions. Our components quietly sit at the heart of mission-critical equipment—from EV chargers and medical devices to data centers, industrial automation, and energy systems. We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for an Account Manager who can turn technical excellence into sustained customer growth.

At Schurter, you don’t just sell components—you shape how energy flows safely through the machines that run the modern world. This role is for someone who understands that sales in industrial electronics is not about pushing boxes—it’s about solving engineering problems, earning trust, and building long-term partnerships.

Your Challenges

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic OEM and EMS accounts within assigned territory.

  • Develop and execute account plans with clear revenue targets by product line: EMC Filters (single & three phase), Power Entry Modules, Fuses & Fuse Holders, Switches & Circuit Breakers, HMI Solutions

  • Identify design-in opportunities in core applications such as: EV Charging & E-Mobility, Industrial Automation, HVAC & Climate Control, Medical Equipment, Data Centers & Power Infrastructure

  • Drive demand creation with design engineers, R&D, and system architects.

  • Work closely with distributors to ensure coverage, pipeline visibility, and execution.

  • Manage forecasting, opportunity funnel, and booking accuracy.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product Management, FAE, Customer Care) to secure design wins and ensure flawless execution from concept to production.

  • Represent Schurter as a trusted technical and commercial partner in the market.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales within industrial electronics or components.

  • Strong understanding of power, EMC, connectivity, and circuit protection concepts.

  • Proven track record in managing OEM accounts and achieving growth targets.

  • Ability to speak the language of engineers and translate technical value into business impact.

  • Structured, disciplined, and comfortable working with forecasts, pipelines, and KPIs.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and resilience.

  • Fluent in both English and Turkish language
