Dein Skill Set

• Ausbildung: Hochschulabschluss (Universität/ETH), Fachrichtung frei wählbar.
• Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in der Strategieberatung oder in einer vergleichbaren Stabsfunktion, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Strategie-, Organisationsentwicklung und digitale Transformation im öffentlichen Sektor (Behörden, staatsnahe Betriebe u.Ä.).
• Netzwerk: Etabliertes und aktives Netzwerk im öffentlichen Sektor in der Schweiz.
• Politik & Technologie: Fundiertes Verständnis politischer Prozesse sowie aktueller technologischer Entwicklungen und deren Auswirkungen auf die öffentiche Hand.
• Kommunikation: Überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich); Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
• Analytik: Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen schnell zu durchdringen und in umsetzbare Lösungen zu überführen.
• Persönlichkeit: Hohe Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken, starke Teamorientierung und ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft.
