As a corporate and business strategy consultant at PwC, you will analyse client needs, provide consulting services across different strategic areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth.

Dein ImpactAls Senior Associate im Strategy& Team arbeitest du mit führenden nationalen und internationalen Organisationen verschiedener Branchen zusammen. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du Analysen, Strategien und Konzepte entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette – von Geschäfts- und Betriebsmodellen über Technologie- und Digitalstrategien bis hin zu Transformationsprogrammen.Du übernimmst Verantwortung für klar definierte Projektmodule oder Workstreams und treibst deren inhaltliche Bearbeitung eigenständig voran. Dabei strukturierst du Problemstellungen, führst fundierte Analysen durch und leitest datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Im engen Austausch mit Projektleitung und Team stellst du sicher, dass Ergebnisse konsistent, belastbar und umsetzungsorientiert sind.Zudem arbeitest du eng mit Kund:innen zusammen, bereitest Ergebnisse adressatengerecht auf und unterstützt bei der Präsentation zentraler Erkenntnisse gegenüber Management- und Entscheidungsgremien. Dabei erhältst du früh Verantwortung für zentrale Analysen und Inhalte innerhalb der Projektarbeit.Darüber hinaus bringst du dich aktiv in die Teamarbeit ein, unterstützt jüngere Kolleg:innen und trägst zu einer offenen und kollaborativen Teamkultur bei. Typische Themen sind:
• Entwicklung von Unternehmens-, Geschäftsbereichs- und Digitalstrategien
• Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Business- und Operating-Modellen
• Unterstützung bei Transformations- und Change-Programmen
• Mitarbeit bei M&A-Initiativen, Carve-Outs und Portfoliostrategien
• Analyse und Optimierung von Organisationen, Prozessen und Wertschöpfungsketten
• Einsatz von Daten, Analytics und neuen Technologien zur EntscheidungsunterstützungDu unterstützt außerdem bei der Erstellung von Analysen, Präsentationen und Konzepten im Rahmen von Angebotsentwicklungen und trägst so zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen bei. Dein Skill Set • Akademischer Hintergrund: Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master, MBA oder PhD) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Natur- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Statistik/Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet. • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Top-Strategieberatung oder in anspruchsvollen Unternehmensfunktionen, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Strategie, Transformation, Digitalisierung oder Performance Improvement. Erfahrung in der strukturierten Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen sowie in der eigenständigen Bearbeitung von Projektmodulen. • Internationale Erfahrung: Auslandserfahrung durch Studium, Praktika oder Beruf sowie Interesse an der Arbeit in internationalen und interkulturellen Kontexten. • Kommunikationsstärke: Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar aufzubereiten und strukturiert zu präsentieren. • Analytische Kompetenz: Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen und in fundierte Analysen sowie umsetzbare Empfehlungen zu überführen. • Digitale Affinität: Sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Tools (z. B. Excel, PowerPoint) sowie offen für moderne Datenanalyse- und AI-Tools; Kenntnisse in Datenverarbeitung, Statistiksoftware oder Programmiersprachen sind von Vorteil. • Persönliches Profil: Hohe Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Teamorientierung.
