Position

As the first fully integrated manufacture, the Maison has continuously pushed the boundaries of its art by developing its own movements, including the legendary El Primero, the world's first automatic chronograph unveiled in 1969. Each ZENITH collection reflects its commitment to innovation and artisanal excellence.
To develop our Retail expertise we are currently looking for our Global Retail Performance manager to join our Commercial team . he/she drives operational excellence across the worldwide retail network, establishing standards and frameworks that ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand integrity. This strategic role focuses on process optimization, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth while maintaining operational discipline at scale.
Job responsibilities
Team Management and Development:
- Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve the best in their abilities and lead to success while ensuring exceptional client
- ldentify training needs and ensure all team members receive appropriate training and development opportunities.
- Provide constructive feedback to support team members' growth and
- Embody the LVMH culture, be an ambassador of the LVMH values, by being the key driver of culture within the team and ensuring the alignments with this culture of team members.
KPIs Management and Optimisation:
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPls) that directly impact the operational efficiency and financial performance of the global Retail
- Collaboratewith regional and store managers to set performance targets and develop action plans to achieve desired
- Continuously monitor KPls and adjust strategies as needed to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Data Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
- Leverage dataanalytics tools to monitor and analyze various performance metrics, including sales data, inventoryturnover, conversion rates, and other operational
- ldentify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity within the data to drive performance improvements and inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide visibility into Retail performance at a global level.
Operational Excellence and Best Practices:
- ldentify and promote best practices in Retail operationsactivities, ensurmg consistent implementation across all stores and
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and initiatives that enhance Retail performance and efficiency.

Performance lmprovement and Training:
- Work closely with the Retail Training team to develop and implement training programs that address identified performance gaps and drive continuous improvement in Retail operations and sales.
Profile
We are looking for talents with at least 5 years minimum in retail's management in an international environment.
This person needs to be fluent in English and in French
