Execution Trader (80-100%)

With more than 250 professionals working across the globe, our Investment Solutions develops innovative investment insights and applies them within a robust yet agile asset allocation framework.

This role focuses on the reception and transmission of client orders for execution. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients by:

• Providing information on account balances, holdings, and credit limits
• Receiving and transmitting orders through our proprietary platforms) or directly to our Global Markets Services traders

As a frontline representative, you will interact directly with clients, requiring a strong client service mindset and exemplary communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.

This position is primarily dedicated to evening trading coverage. The successful candidate will assume the evening shift on a regular basis, once a week the evening shift will be covered by an existing team member under a rotating schedule.

Execution Trader (80-100%)

Your Role :

Within the Global Markets Access team based in Geneva, the Execution Trader will handle daily communication and requests from Execution-only clients booked in Switzerland as well as from Direct Access clients.

• Understanding and promptly responding to client queries and requests (through phone call, email or other electronic channels)
• Providing information about portfolio holdings and valuation, and processing client investment instructions
• Providing end-to-end support to the client across the entire trade process, including identity verification, order confirmation, order input, and trade execution confirmation and reconciliation
• Ensuring full adherence to operational and financial risk frameworks throughout the trade lifecycle
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders (operations, risk, execution desk) to guarantee timely and accurate processing and swift resolution of issues
• Complying with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements; Maintaining up to date knowledge and completing all mandatory training.

Your Profile :

• University degree preferred (Bachelor/Master), Recognized investment‑related diploma is a strong asset
• Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or equivalent apprenticeship qualification also accepted
• Experience in order taking and direct client interaction and strong background in roles requiring operational rigor and attention to detail
• Good understanding of key asset classes (equities, bonds, money market, FX, funds)
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and experience with core banking Order Management System is a plus
• Knowledge of Private Banking services and understanding of regulatory requirements and risks
• Strong client-service orientation and excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Clear and concise communication skills, with a focus on active listening and mutual understanding
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High standards of confidentiality, integrity and service quality
• Strong resilience and team‑player mindset
• Fluent in French and English is mandatory
• German, Spanish, Italian or any additional language is an asset
