About Our Client

Our client is a long‑established Swiss accounting and advisory firm serving a predominantly international corporate clientele.

Job Description

The Senior manager is expected to do the following:

• Lead and supervise a team of 8 professionals across accounting, tax and payroll.
• Ensure quality control over financial statements, tax returns and limited reviews.
• Provide technical guidance on Swiss accounting standards and support staff on complex mandates.
• Manage relationships with international corporate clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's long‑term commercial strategy.
• Work closely with current partners and gradually take over key accounts and leadership duties.

The Successful Applicant

The profiles expected need to present:

• Swiss Certified Accountant (or UK equivalent recognised in Switzerland).
• 8-15 years of experience in accounting, audit or fiduciary environments (Big 4/Big 8 a strong asset).
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and Swiss tax regulations.
• Proven ability to supervise complex corporate and international mandates.
• Experience leading or overseeing multidisciplinary teams (accounting, tax, payroll).
• English C2 (native or near‑native strongly preferred), French working proficiency.
