Your role and responsibilities
As a Delivery Project Executive – Manufacturing, you will lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, quality management, asset management, trial management, agricultural processes, and factory floor IT, helping clients optimize operational workflows to enhance overall productivity.
Primary roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation projects in manufacturing aligned with business and operational goals.
- Oversee delivery of solutions and applications that utilize a range of technologies, including SAP BTP, .NET, JavaScript and others and manage entire lifecycle through Azure DevOps.
- Drive process optimization in production, quality, maintenance, and compliance.
Collaborate with plant, operations, and IT leaders to enhance manufacturing operational efficiency
- Assist the client build their product portfolio by researching industry trends and leveraging SMEs in IBM.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with senior business leaders.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape solutions across consulting, cloud, data, and AI.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, and delivery organizations.
- Act as the primary client point of contact for project delivery, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice sharing within the delivery organization.

Required education
Bachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise
- 10+ years in manufacturing IT or operational transformation with proven delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including Manufacturing Execution (digital manufacturing, production engineering), Quality Management, Asset Performance Management, Environment management
- Proven delivery experience in SAP-driven manufacturing environments (PP, PM, QM, EAM)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or equivalent).
CPG/ FMCG industry experience is required.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Swiss / EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience in global delivery models and multi-country operations.
- Familiarity with IBM tools, processes, and delivery governance frameworks.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in PMP or Agile methodologies.
- Industry 4.0 or smart factory exposure.
- French or German language is an asset.
