• Analysiere IT- und Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden hinsichtlich IT-Risiken, regulatorischer Vorgaben und bewährter Methoden – und unterstütze sie dabei, ihre Systemlandschaft und deren Einfluss auf die Prozesseffizienz besser zu verstehen.
• Identifiziere Schwachstellen im internen Kontrollsystem, beurteile komplexe Sachverhalte kritisch, entwickle fundierte Erkenntnisse und schlage gezielte Massnahmen zur Risikominimierung vor.
• Prüfe Aufbewahrungssysteme für Digital Assets bei institutionellen Verwahrern und validiere Transaktionen sowie Bestände auf unterschiedlichen Blockchains.
• Bewerte vielfältige Themengebiete wie nicht-finanzielle Berichterstattung (z. B. ESG), Cloud Governance und neue Technologien – darunter künstliche Intelligenz.
• Gestalte moderne Jahresabschlussprüfungen aktiv mit – durch den Einsatz digitaler Werkzeuge, Automatisierung, Datenanalysen und innovativer Methoden wie Python oder KI-gestützte Ansätze.
• Entwickle deine Fähigkeiten, dein Netzwerk und dein Verantwortungsbewusstsein – branchenübergreifend, in einem diversen internationalen Team und mit kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung.

Dein Skill Set

• Analytisches und vernetztes Denken: Fähigkeit, komplexe IT- und Geschäftszusammenhänge zu durchdringen, eigenständig Lösungen zu entwickeln und proaktiv auf Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen.
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung: klare, adressatengerechte Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Kundinnen und Kunden auf allen Ebenen.
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Aufbewahrungssystemen für Digital Assets sowie der Ausführung von Blockchain-Transaktionen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) sowie Affinität zu Datenanalyse-Tools wie Power BI oder Alteryx.
• Organisationsstärke und Resilienz: Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen, Prioritäten zu setzen und auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.
