Job Description

• Develop appropriate solutions during Assess, Select, and Basic Engineering phases to enhance safety, reliability, and margin.
• Apply and follow PDS standards when required.
• Provide process engineering support for shutdown requisitions, maintenance activities, plant changes, projects, and design support requests.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce CAPEX and OPEX in project contexts.
• Review and approve process engineering deliverables.
• Participate in safety reviews including HAZOP, What‑If, and LOPA studies.
• Contribute to SIL assessments for existing and new Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF).
• Ensure adherence to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental rules.
• Report adverse events and update management system documentation when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

• Engineering degree
• Solid understanding of process engineering principles and industrial operations.
• Experience in oil&gas , chemical, or similar process industries (various seniority levels accepted).
• Strong commitment to safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders (operations, maintenance, projects).
• Skilled in technical documentation review and validation.
• Familiar with structured safety methodologies (HAZOP, LOPA, SIL).
• Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and quality‑focused.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to identify optimization opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Adherence to organizational values and continuous improvement culture.
