Ton impact

• Vérifier le respect des réglementations financières (gouvernance d'entreprise, règles d'organisation interne, LBA et règles de conduite) dans le domaine bancaire, du négoce de valeurs mobilières et des placements collectifs de capitaux.
• Aider et conseiller les intermédiaires financiers dans le cadre des procédures d'autorisation auprès des autorités de surveillance ou des organismes d'autorégulation.
• Diriger des missions spéciales visant à déterminer l'existence d'un assujettissement ou à remédier à des situations de violations de la réglementation en vigueur.
• Acquérir des connaissances approfondies d'un large éventail de clients.
• Rejoindre une équipe active et diversifiée dans un secteur en plein développement.

Tes compétences

• Détenir un Master en droit des affaires, la possession d'un diplôme en compliance management et/ou du brevet d'avocat est un atout.
• 6 ans minimum d'expérience dans le domaine.
• Parler couramment le français et avoir une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
• Montrer une capacité à innover, aimer travailler en équipe et être en contact avec les clients.
• Posséder d'excellentes capacités de synthèse et d'analyse, ainsi qu'un bon sens de la négociation.
• Résider en Suisse.
