Lead IT delivery excellence and shape global IT demand, empowering teams and driving strategic initiatives that enable Hilti’s growth, innovation, and impact worldwide.

What You'll do

Lead IT Delivery teams, service providers, and contractors to ensure stable, high-quality services

Drive continuous improvement and manage global and local IT projects

Act as single point of contact for regional IT demand and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders

Analyze user needs and market trends to translate demands into concrete initiatives

Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives

What You’ll Bring

Hold a B.Sc. or higher in IT/Engineering with 5+ years of global IT leadership

Manage contractors and service providers to ensure SLA performance

Apply deep knowledge of IT client infrastructure and translate tech into business terms

Communicate clearly in English with a collaborative leadership style

Travel internationally when needed
