Segment Manager

What's the role?

As a Segment Manager, you'll lead strategic product development, inspire a dynamic team, and influence global product managers. This is your chance to drive innovation, collaborate across regions, and set new industry standards.

This is a full-time position.

What You'll do

As a Segment Manager, you will define and drive the long-term product innovation roadmap for your segment, identifying opportunities across product categories and aligning with the business unit strategy. You'll translate customer needs into hardware, software, and service solutions while staying ahead of industry trends and competitors. You'll manage the entire product lifecycle, from launch to phase-out, and lead strategic initiatives that drive sustainable value. Additionally, you'll serve as the key connection between sales regions and internal functions like Development, Engineering, Supply, and Quality. Finally, you'll build and guide your strong team of product managers to ensure business success and enable their personal and professional development. To set you up for success, we will create an onboarding path that allows you to learn fast and get a comprehensive understanding of the matrix organization we are operating in.

What You’ll Bring

• Technical background- master’s degree in engineering.
• Management consulting experience or a top-tier MBA
• Strong commercial acumen along with prior experience in product marketing or developing go-to-market strategies.
• Proven experience in managing teams and complex, multidisciplinary projects in diverse environments.
• Curiosity to drive innovation with tangible solutions to making the construction industry better.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
