Head of Enterprise Architecture

At BOBST, we are transforming the packaging industry through innovation, digitalization, and operational excellence. As Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will define and drive the architecture vision that enables our global strategy and modernizes our technology landscape.
This is a high‑impact role reporting directly to the Group CIO, with influence across business and IT leadership.

• Set and evolve BOBST’s enterprise architecture vision, standards, and roadmap.
• Lead a network of Domain Architects across business, data, application, integration, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Guide architecture for major global programs: SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, PLM, Azure Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Cyber Security (in collaboration with the CISO).
• Drive simplification: reduce technical debt, rationalize legacy systems, and enhance performance and scalability.
• Partner with business leaders to align architecture with growth, innovation, and transformation initiatives (including M&A).
• Act as the final architectural authority for key decisions and investments.

• 15+ years of experience in IT and enterprise/solution architecture in complex, international environments.
• Proven leadership in large‑scale transformation programs (ERP, Cloud, CRM, PLM, Data/Analytics, AI/ML).
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Azure
  • SAP S/4HANA / ECC, SAP CPI/BTP
  • Salesforce, 3DEXPERIENCE / CATIA, SAP MDG
  • Analytics tools: SAP BW, Datasphere, Tableau, Power BI
• Experience with SAFe/Agile environments.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication, influencing skills, and ability to navigate complexity.
