Job Description

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance to leadership on talent management, skills development.
• Provide expertise to leadership on organisational change, participating in managing key projects such as system standardisation and workflows.
• Lead employee relations initiatives to ensure compliance and a positive workplace culture.
• Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and directors to identify talent needs.
• Facilitate and animate training and development programs such as workshops to enhance employee performance.
• Participate in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company's strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.

The Successful Applicant

• 5-8 years experience as HR Business Partner,
• Educational background in human resources,
• Proficiency in German and in English,
• Experience in an technological, engineering, industrial or lifescience fields is an asset,
• Expertise in talent management and in organisational change,
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and across all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
