Our team helps our clients improve their tax function to control risk and facilitate better decision making. You’ll focus on helping businesses with tax strategy, ensuring tax compliance, increasing post tax profits, and providing application support to achieve the best corporate tax practices.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du berätst international tätige Schweizer und ausländische Unternehmen in Steuerbelangen und erarbeitest massgeschneiderte Lösungsvorschläge für ihre komplexen Problemstellungen.
• Du bist Teil eines inspirierenden Teams, das anspruchsvolle Projekte betreut wie nationale und internationale Unternehmensumstrukturierungen, Transaktionen, Steuerplanungsprojekte und Tax Accounting-Mandate.
• Du entwickelst deine eigenen Führungsqualitäten in einem dynamischen Team mit engagierten Mitarbeitern.
• Du kannst dich in einem Arbeitsumfeld, das von Teamgeist, Vertrauen und gegenseitiger Unterstützung geprägt ist, voll entfalten.
• Du arbeitest an internen und externen Publikationen und Schulungen mit und unterstützt bei fachtechnischen Anlässen.

Dein Profil

• Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss (Uni oder FH) in Betriebswirtschaft oder Recht o.Ä. und vorzugsweise das Schweizer Steuerexperten-Diplom.
• Du besitzt mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Unternehmenssteuerrecht in der Beratung oder der Industrie, allenfalls auch im Bereich Tax Accounting (IFRS oder US GAAP).
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
• Du übernimmst die Führung deines Teams und die Verantwortung für deinen Fachbereich und deine Projekte.
• Du bist engagiert, flexibel sowie eine team- und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Du siehst die grösseren Zusammenhänge und stellst deinen Unternehmergeist und dein Können im Bereich Geschäftsentwicklung gerne unter Beweis.
