Fund Distribution Commissions Specialist

Your team

Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. The division provides high-quality operational services to business lines including Wealth Management, Asset Services and Asset Management. 
As Fund Distribution Commissions Specialist, you will be part of the Investment Fund Commissions team and responsible for processing trailer fee commissions for our clients across all the Pictet group entities, while playing a leading role in the continuous improvement of processes through the integration of technical solutions and automation tools.

Your role

•    Calculate, reconcile and relocate trailer fee commissions in accordance with contractual agreements and internal policies. 
•    Maintain accurate records of commission structures, and ensure data integrity.
•    Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on commission payments, outstanding balances, and related metrics for management and stakeholders. 
•    Act as the main point of contact for queries related to commission payments. 
•    Ensure activities comply with regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements. 
•    Support the onboarding of new distributors.
•    Identify and implement opportunities to streamline commission processes. 

Your profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, or equivalent qualification. 
•    Experience in banking operations, understanding of investment funds and distribution channels is an important asset, but it is not a decisive criterion if your profile demonstrates a strong ability to structure and optimize processes.
•    Passionate about automation and deeply interested in new technologies with the ability to design and maintain automated operational tools (Power Query, Power BI, scripts, low-code, etc.) is a valued asset.
•    Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
•    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Collaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
