For an important company, we are looking for the following profile: Social Media coordinator
 
Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute targeted Direct Email Marketing (DEM) campaigns for other EADV activities as needed
  • Analyse the performance of DEM campaigns and digital content, providing insights to optimize future communication activities
  • Support consistent, coherent, and compliant branding across all digital platforms, materials, and assets, in line with EADV’s standards
  • Assist in conceiving and designing visuals for promotional activities used on EADV’s digital platforms and other external channels as per assigned campaigns
  • Contribute to enhancing outreach and audience engagement across digital platforms
  • Assist with marketing and communication activities for the academy during EADV events (congresses and symposia)
Publications
  • Develop, implement, and manage media strategy for the JEADV and JEACP
  • Actively engage and work with the JEADV’s Social Media Editor’s team to create social media, website, video and podcast content
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, audio and graphic content and review content for accuracy and quality
  • Monitors and reports on campaign KPIs, providing suggestions for improved engagement
  • Research current trends and audience preferences to create relevant content and drive traffic to the journals’ websites
  • Check submissions for peer review to ensure compliance with submission standards and author guidelines of the JEADV
  • Review accepted manuscript files and coordinate with the medical illustrator and the production editor
  • Support the EADV Communications Department in planning, producing, and reviewing content for institutional social media channels, contributing to the management of the content calendar and digital campaigns
  • Ensure alignment with the editorial and communication goals
  • Prepare and execute targeted Direct Email Marketing (DEM) campaigns for JEADV and JEACP effectively segmenting audiences using the EADV database and marketing platform.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in managing social media channels, email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Advanced copywriting and proof-reading skills, a true passion for writing
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • University degree in communications, languages, creative writing or equivalent
