Job-Inhalt
The AOG Desk of SWISS International Air Lines is accountable for the Material Supply Chain in the event of an “Aircraft on Ground” situation due to technical reasons, covering the entire SWISS Fleet – worldwide on a 24/7 basis.
Starting date: April 01, 2026 or upon agreement

- Sourcing and supply of urgently needed aircraft spare parts
- Negotiation of terms and conditions allowing immediate availability
- Decision making towards most suitable and economic solution (purchasing, loan, exchange)
- Organization of best mode of transport
- Tracking and tracing of specific shipments worldwide
- Close coordination of cases with aircraft maintenance
- Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Willing to work shift (including night shift)
- Technical and / or commercial education
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics and / or procurement, preferably in an Aviation environment
- Sound IT know-how (MS Office), AMOS knowledge is an advantage
- English fluently (oral and written), any other language as an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Able to work under pressure
- Displays self confidence
- Team player
