Job-Inhalt

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our teams for a 3-month strategic mission. This role is at the heart of our organization: you will be the engine that streamlines communication and ensures the success of our ongoing projects.

  • Start date: As soon as possible

  • Duration: 3 months (100%)

  • Location: Flexible, with occasional travel to Zurich required for the organization and support of workshops.

Your mission focuses on high-level coordination and support:

  • Act as the central point of contact between various departments and teams.

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and facilitate the flow of information.

  • Ensure rigorous follow-up on deadlines (following up with internal and external stakeholders).

  • Design and format high-impact presentations for senior management.

  • Draft reports, minutes, and memos for key meetings.

  • Manage complex calendars and organize the logistics for workshops in Zurich.


Qualifikationen

  • You have proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

  • You are highly proficient in presentation tools (PowerPoint, etc.) and have excellent writing skills.

  • You are organized, autonomous, and know how to anticipate needs.

  • You are willing to travel to Zurich on an occasional basis.
