We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our teams for a 3-month strategic mission. This role is at the heart of our organization: you will be the engine that streamlines communication and ensures the success of our ongoing projects.
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 3 months (100%)
Location: Flexible, with occasional travel to Zurich required for the organization and support of workshops.
Your mission focuses on high-level coordination and support:
Act as the central point of contact between various departments and teams.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and facilitate the flow of information.
Ensure rigorous follow-up on deadlines (following up with internal and external stakeholders).
Design and format high-impact presentations for senior management.
Draft reports, minutes, and memos for key meetings.
Manage complex calendars and organize the logistics for workshops in Zurich.
Qualifikationen
You have proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
You are highly proficient in presentation tools (PowerPoint, etc.) and have excellent writing skills.
You are organized, autonomous, and know how to anticipate needs.
You are willing to travel to Zurich on an occasional basis.
