HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manage profitability across the full lifecycle of our maintenance contracts
- Drive projects to improve whole-life cost and profitability across international contracts
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Sales to deliver results
- Support annual and long-term budget planning across fleets and regions
- Coordinate cross-functional input and track deliverables tied to KPIs, budgets, and cost reduction plans
- Drive accountability by mapping responsibilities and timelines
- Communicate risks and align expectations with stakeholders
- Develop clear, actionable insights from complex data for use in management decisions
- Improve processes and develop scalable tools/templates
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar
- Fluent in P&L mechanics (cost types, revenue, margin, EBIT)
- Strong MS Office skills; Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Ability to quickly grasp and work with technical concepts related to trains and maintenance operation. You should be comfortable discussing technical aspects with specialists
- Comfortable working with imperfect/unstructured data
- Experience working with stakeholders from different functions or levels
- Strategic mindset: thinking in roadmaps, not just tasks
- Strong communicator; driver mindset with can-do attitude and high autonomy
