Tasks

In the course of your 6 months internship, you will work in: 


  • Digital Content: You look at the digital customer journey and support with content for our website
  • Project Support: You actively support the Digital Commerce team in ongoing projects
  • Campaign Management: You support with the creation and implementation of promotional pages to set up our campaigns, collaborating closely with various departments
  • Conversion optimization: You help to develop innovative eCommerce measures.
  • Administrative support: You are responsible for the coordination of our communication activities
  • Event support: You assist in organizing team gatherings
  • Benchmarking: You research market trends and present comparisons of different eCommerce topics
  • Experimentation: You support our team to test new features along the customer journey 

Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven, motivated person with an interest in the airline industry and is willing to support our Digital Commerce team. 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Education. Ideally in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or another Sales related field

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship or the internship between the bachelor's and master's degree (gap year)
  • Very high affinity in digital affairs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of eCommerce tools is an advantage
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • High level of motivation and initiative, including the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
