(Senior) Software Engineer (f/m/d)

What you move

• As a Software Engineer in Product Development, you are responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving features that enhance the shopping experience.
• You develop new features together with your team, drive technical innovations and ensure that our software remains user-friendly, high-performing and scalable.
• You work closely with other engineers as well as colleagues from Data, Design and Product Management to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• You enjoy working in an agile, experimentation-friendly environment and like to contribute your own ideas to continuously improve our platform.
• You take care of the technical infrastructure within your area of responsibility, monitor the systems and ensure stable and reliable operations.

What you will bring

• At least 3 years of experience: In software development
• Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college): In computer science (or equivalent relevant professional experience)
• English (Fluent)
• You are familiar with one or more technologies from our tech stack: .NET/C#, relational databases (MSSQL, BigQuery), non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) and Azure.
• You approach things with a holistic mindset and have a strong sense for sustainable, scalable solutions, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
• Interessted in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment.
