Senior Logistics Process Manager 80-100%

For our client Lonza in Stein, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Logistics Process Manager 80-100%

• Continuous development and implementation of all logistics processes (from goods receipt to distribution), ensuring compliance with GMP standards

• Creation, maintenance, and assurance of compliance with Logistics SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory requirements

• Leading logistics projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and representing the department in audits and inspections

• Active support of Quality Management in deviation investigations, Change Control, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) creation
• Development and execution of employee training and educational programs

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification

• Extensive professional experience in GMP-regulated Pharma or Biotech Logistics (Inbound,Sampling, Warehousing, Distribution)

• Proven experience in the design, improvement, and implementation of logistics workflows

• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and EWM (Inbound, WM, Picking, Shipping)

• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
