Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in technical design document and review process, codelab creation for a new tool or process.
- Experience in stakeholder and team management specifically in an extended workforce environment.
- Experience working in a multi stakeholder environment of engineering, product and operations teams with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to cross-functionally lead and work collaboratively with the team.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects end-to-end for Search Multimodal, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Understand technical subjects and communicate with Engineering teams and effectively bring clarity to chaos for cross-functional projects with vague requirements/goals/scope/complex problems.
- Plan projects such as milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks.
- Track and execute projects such as tracking, reporting, cross-functional communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive processes.
