What you move
- In the role as Teamleader Software Engineering, you encourage and challenge your employees and actively support them in their personal development.
- You will work closely together with the product owner, the software architect and the whole team to create meaningful impact.
- Approximately 60% of your work is hands-on: You will develop key components, help shape architectural decisions, and ensure code quality and technical direction within the team.
- You ensure that our customer service processes are as efficient and effective as possible without compromising customer satisfaction.

- Professional in some of C#, .NET, MS-SQL, React and TypeScript – open and eager to quickly adapt to any required technologies for the role
- Experienced in cloud & distributed systems
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
