Tasks

What you’ll do?


Sales & Customer Service

  • Actively promote the Swiss WorldCargo network and contribute to revenue generation
  • Sell our full portfolio of cargo products and develop both existing and new business
  • Manage bookings for all shipment types using Swiss Worx
  • Handle, monitor, and prioritize all Customer Service Center queues
  • Prepare and deliver ad-hoc offers based on set parameters
  • Proactively sell short-term open capacity
  • Perform tracing activities for import and export shipments to ensure visibility and customer satisfaction

Operations

  • Coordinate daily processes and information flow with local handling agents
  • Send flight and truck dispositions to handling partners
  • Issue accurate loading instructions to handling agents
  • Ensure proper stock management of Unit Load Devices (ULDs)

Requirements

What we’re looking for?

Education & Training

  • Post-secondary degree (Bac+2 to Bac+4)
  • Solid knowledge of standard PC applications and digital tools

Professional Experience

  • Previous experience in the cargo industry or with a freight forwarder is a strong asset

Languages

  • Fluent French — spoken and written
  • Fluent English — spoken and written

  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible, resilient, and able to manage peak workload with stamina
  • Professional, seamless communication with external partners

  • Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.

This role is offered as a 6-month contract, based on a 35-hour work week, with a hybrid working model combining office presence and remote work.
