For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Process Documentation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business process documentation into process flows (e.g., ticketing system flows into CRM and payment/accounting systems)
 - Maintain and update the Continuous Improvement application within the issue tracking tool
 - Capture and refine process improvement requirements
 - Follow up on change requests with relevant teams (CRM, ERP, payment systems, portals, etc.)
 - Develop operational workflows, process documentation, and procedures for key finance functions related to CRM, ERP, and data management systems
 - Support data management and analytics
 - Perform other tasks as required by the Finance Division
 
Qualifications:
Education (Required):
- First-level university degree
 - Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
 
Experience (Required):
- 7 to 10+ years of professional experience
 - Recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
 - Experience in project documentation or process design
 - Experience in finance or accounting services is an asset
 
Languages:
- Excellent command of English (required)
 - Good knowledge of French (preferred)
 
Skills and Competencies:
Required:
- Proficiency in modern professional software, especially Microsoft Office
 - Strong communication skills
 - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing tasks
 - High attention to detail and accuracy
 
Preferred:
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management/issue tracking tools
 - Advanced Excel skills
