For our estimated client, we are looking for the following profile: Junior Medical Affairs Specialsit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Coordinate and follow-up of project activities according to instructions and timelines defined by supervisors, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

  • Time Management: Support the timely execution of assigned tasks, maintaining an overview of deadlines and priorities.

  • Event and Meeting Coordination: Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings and events (virtual or in-person), including scheduling, preparation of materials, travel coordination, and drafting of minutes.

  • Task Force Support: Organisation of Task Force meetings and activities, ensuring that documents, reports, and communications are accurate, complete, and well structured.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain proper filing, version control, and organisation of project-related materials and correspondence.

  • Communication: Draft and proofread correspondence, notes, and meeting summaries in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Department and other internal teams to support project execution and shared goals.

  • Adaptability and Learning: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks, learning and developing skills under supervision.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and consistency in all assigned work.

  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Communicate effectively and respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Technical Proficiency

  • Good command of Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Familiarity with online tools such as SurveyMonkey/Qualtrics and Zoom/Teams platforms.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat annotation and markup tools.

  • Familiarity with reference library management systems is an advantage.

Required Professional Experience & Education

  • University degree (preferably in Life Sciences or a related field).

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative, scientific, or project-based role, ideally within an international or academic environment.

  • Experience in the medical or scientific sector is an advantage.

  • Experience in oncology is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good time management and self-organisation abilities.

  • Strong written and spoken English (C1–C2 level).

  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and deliver high-quality work
