You'll lead complex 3R (Revision, Repair & Refit) initiatives that redefine sustainable mobility across continents.

• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent education  and business acumen
• 5+ years leading complex technical projects (rail/plant engineering preferred)
• Fluent negotiation skills in English an in addition either French, Italian or Spanish mandatory; Basic German knowledge of advantage
• Equal parts strategic visionary and operational executor
• Natural talent for contract engineering and claim management
• PMP/IPMA certifications valued, not required
