Are you ready to shape global reward strategies that truly make a difference? Join us as a Global HR Total Rewards Specialist and help drive impactful compensation programs across regions—data-driven, compliant, and aligned with business goals. 

Your impact  
  • Maintain and implement global C&B processes and tools for the Schindler Group in collaboration with the contry business units and HR Business Solutions & Technology. 
  • Lead and coordinate annual C&B year-end processes, including performance management, variable pay, compensation planning, and share allocation. 
  • Contribute to global market intelligence activities by managing data collection and liaising with external benchmark providers. 
  • Maintain and monitor C&B data quality and support the development of KPI dashboards and reporting tools. 
  • Provide analytical support for compensation reviews, payline and benchmarking. 
  • Participate in global C&B projects and initiatives. 



  What you bring  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience 
  • 2–5 years of experience in global Compensation & Benefits within an industrial setting, including country-level C&B responsibilities 
  • Solid understanding of performance management, bonus and share plans, market benchmarking, and global compliance frameworks 
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage programs in complex international environments 
  • Skilled in communication, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement across functions and regions 
  • Proficient in HR systems (i.e., SuccessFactors), Excel, and PowerBI 
  • Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results, continuous improvement, and team development
