Consultant - Deal Advisory - M&A

Are you looking for a career start in M&A? Want to be part of a well established and highly reputed team? In this function, you will support national and international clients from different sectors in complex transactions – from kick-off to closing.

• Participate in buy- & sell-side M&A, IPO and fundraising projects and support our senior team members in the daily deal execution
• Create and design financial valuation models by using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis
• Prepare high quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities
• Perform industry research and market analysis and contribute to KPMG M&A publications
• Benefit from the opportunity to learn and improve your overall deal knowledge whilst working with other KPMG subject matter experts

• Master graduate with a major in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
• Initial professional experience in M&A, Strategy Consulting and/or Financial Accounting
• Analytically minded, solution-orientated and demonstration of entrepreneurial thinking
• Solid knowledge of the Swiss corporate and M&A landscape
• Very good knowledge in MS Office
• Full professional proficiency in German and English
