Job-Inhalt
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence; coordinate responses and flag urgent or high-priority issues.

Schedule appointments and manage the Director’s calendar; welcome visitors and manage general mailboxes.

Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements for the division.

Provide administrative support for meetings, conferences, workshops, and other events, including logistics and document preparation.

Maintain efficient filing and reference systems; regularly update internal websites, databases, and other information management tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential.

At least 3 years of proven experience in an administrative support role.

Previous experience working in an international organization is an asset.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong writing skills and proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
