Job-Inhalt

We are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to support the operations of a dynamic division within an international organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence; coordinate responses and flag urgent or high-priority issues.

  • Schedule appointments and manage the Director’s calendar; welcome visitors and manage general mailboxes.

  • Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements for the division.

  • Provide administrative support for meetings, conferences, workshops, and other events, including logistics and document preparation.

  • Maintain efficient filing and reference systems; regularly update internal websites, databases, and other information management tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full professional proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in an administrative support role.

  • Previous experience working in an international organization is an asset.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong writing skills and proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
