In this versatile role, you will be responsible for driving the successful SAP Implementation across the Tax & Legal Function in Switzerland. The objective is to advance the transformation operationally, coordinate requirements, implement measures, and ensure effective communication. This role requires strong project management capabilities, process affinity, stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of change management in complex environments.
Your contribution to KPMG
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of three streams under the EMpowered programme.
- Act as the central point of coordination between the Function Transformation Team (FTT), the firm project team, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, reporting progress and risks to senior leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration across streams such as CRM, Risk, HR Tech, and Finance platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Coupa, Concur).
- Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement.
- Prepare and conduct change measures (e.g., communication, workshop, training materials).
- Provide guidance and oversight to stream leads and change agents, ensuring consistency and alignment across initiatives.

- Proven experience in leading complex transformation or change programmes, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and related tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
