Your Role

As the Global Healthcare Program Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing key program management activities related to cross-business unit customer implementations, internal operational improvements, and vertical coordination. You will play a pivotal role in increasing customer engagement, fostering industry knowledge-sharing, and improving internal collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of the healthcare strategy Roadmap.  
• Lead cross-business unit customer implementations, including planning, team mobilization, and customer alignment checkpoints.
• Establish and manage governance structures for the healthcare vertical, including regular meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain internal communication strategies, including community sites, white papers, and market intelligence sharing.
• Collaborate with global marketing and communications teams to create consistent, healthcare-specific product and service narratives.
• Support vertical growth and align with business unit implementation processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by collecting and sharing best practices across the organization.
• Support customer advisory councils and external engagement through industry content.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project/Program Management, Communications, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, including direct and virtual team leadership.
• Strong background in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects on a global scale.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong content creation capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
