Join our R&D Smart Controls department and play a key role in defining and driving the evolution of ourelevator controller platform.
As Electronic Controls Hardware Architect you'll define, maintain the requirements, design and implement the hardware infrastructure for electronic control systems, ensuring alignment with system requirements and full compliance with industry standards.

Your exciting challanges include:
- Analyzing system requirements and deriving component-level solutions with a focus on hardware by ensuring compliance with industry standards and relevant codes and maintaining product structure.
- Defining, documenting, and maintaining the hardware architecture of elevator control systems, including master schematics.
- Aligning with cross-functional teams (Architects, System and Software Engineers) on HW-SW functionality and collaborating with production, field support, installation, and maintenance experts to ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose systems.
- Developing and integrating interfaces for subsystems, components, and controller platforms.
- Defining requirements for PCBAs, assemblies, harnesses, and sub-components.
- Leading quality assurance efforts through designing FMEA, root cause analysis, and cross-functional reviews.
- Supporting test and field analysis, documenting corrective actions, and driving continuous improvements.
- Identifying technology trends and initiating feasibility studies with project management.
- Degree in electronics engineering or similar
- Proven technical leadership skills
- Extensive experience with architecture design and maintenance of control systems, ideally in the telecommunication sector
- Excellent knowledge of system engineering methods (modelling, requirements engineering, interface management, analysis)
- Proven experience with production processes for electronic and electrical assemblies and procedures for installation and commissioning
- Proficient level of English, other languages are a plus
